Joanna Blendulf, baroque cellist, has received degrees from the Cleveland Institute of Music and Indiana University, studying with Alan Harris, Tsuyoshi Tsutsumi and Stanley Ritchie. In 1998, Joanna was awarded the Performerís Certificate for outstanding performance on baroque cello from Indiana  University. Joanna is currently performing with the New York Collegium, Apollo's Fire, Portland Baroque Orchestra, the Indianapolis Baroque Orchestra and the chamber ensembles Bimbetta, Florilegia, and Mirable. Joannaís summer engagements have included appearances at the Boston, Berkeley and Bloomington Early Music Festivals.

Richard Burdick works virtually full-time as a horn player throughout Northern California, is a prolific writer of music, manager of Trinity Chamber Concerts in Berkeley, and sole proprietor of I Ching Music (i-Ching-music.com).

Mr. Burdick is now recording the Dauprat duets for horns in different keys on Natural horn for his third CD release. The first two CD’s are of his own compositions:  “I Ching Arpeggios, opus 99” for solo horn with a background of tuned wind chimes, a 2 CD set, and.  “Rebel with a Horn” eleven movements for horn & piano.

Mr. Burdick performs frequently as a soloist, recently having soloed in Berkeley, Chico, Davis, Georgetown, Lodi, Napa, Quincy, Sacramento, Sonora, Stockton, and at St Mary's in San Francisco. He is currently 1st Horn for Napa and North State Symphonies, and 2nd horn in Sacramento Philharmonic. Richard performed full-time with Sacramento Symphony from 1990 until its bankruptcy in 1996.

As a composer Richard is currently working on a sequel to the I Ching arpeggios for a future CD release.

Janine Johnson performs  and composes on both fortepiano and harpsichord.  She has been a resident of the Bay Area since 1986 and has performed here, both solo and with other local players, since that time.  She has also been an instrument maker since 1974 and has benefitted greatly from experiencing many different styles of keyboard instruments.  Ideally, she‚d like to have a collection covering all periods of music, however, this being impractical, she has chosen a few, these being the "Hemsch” heard tonight, a "Kirkmann” harsichord, a "Stein" fortepiano, and Clementi square and Broadwood grand antique pianos.
