At first attempt of creating this work I wrote: "For this work I have gone back to the idea of a Mandala, but for this I just simply used an alternate of upward scale tone and harmonic row tone. And I serialized the tones so that F & C = half note, G, A, B, D = quarter tone and D# & E = eighth.
Then on top of the above construction material, I strives for emphasizing the major third as the actual portal.
The final work was done with an organization chart including the following:
For opus 249 I tuned concert F@440 down to E+28@432 by doing pitch -1.1 in Spectral Effects.
